Instant Dosa |
Ingredients
1. Wheat Flour/ Atta - 1/4 cup
2. Rava/Semolina - 1/4 cup
3. Rice Flour- handful
4. Jeera/Cumin - 1 tsp
5. Green Chillies - 2-3
6. Salt - to taste
Preparation Time!!
1. Add all ingredients and mix with water to make batter. The batter must be much thinner than dose batter, as in watery and flowing
2. Heat the non stick pan.Once hot pour a ladle forming a circle from the out and just pour in between to cover the inner part
3. Drizzle oil all around the dosa and when the sides start turning brown, remove carefully and turn around. Cook till done
4. It doesn't have a specific shape and should not be given a round shape using a spatula like we do for regular dosa
I hope i could convey the meaning coz i really struggled coming up with right words to convey how to prepare this :D
Tastes good with Molagai podi & serve hot! I had made coconut chutney, so i served that..
Serving - 8- 10 dosa
Duration - 5-6 minutes
