For the final day of the marathon, i present my favorite from the archive.. Mysore Masala dosa.. It makes the weekend breakfast so perfect & complete.. thats my dosa love speaking :)..





Here's how my Breakfast for the week looked like :


Day 1 : Poha
Day 2 : Paruppu Sevai/ Lentils Rice Noodles
Day 3 : Kancheepuram Idli & Molagai Podi
Day 4 : Aval Pongal & Thakkali Chaas
Day 5 : Pesarattu & Raw Onion Chutney
Day 6 : Methi Puri & Sag

  4. this is the only dosa that I order at Dasaprakash...or any S.Indian rest..fantastic!..do I need to go to a rest for this?...no Rasi..I will straight barge in!!

  5. Love this dosa especially if the chutney is spicy ....lovely thought!!! Chutney and sambar are added bonus ....super!!!

Rasi you need to come near me, or I need to go and live near you....you make such awesome breakfasts...I would be very happy living with you I feel it in my bones :-) Lovely dosa as usual...what do you eat for lunch and dinner? If it were me, I would be eating this for all three meals and some more in between...
