I have been saying that i shall be back & have taken such a long time to get back to blogging! I havent dropped by & followed your blogs..in short i just disappeared :)..But decided i will get back to doing what i started and decided to start off by posting a very simple recipe.. Hope you guys have it in you to check them out and support me like you always did!
I am not a big fan of Curd but i love Pachidi or Raitha's. Everytime we make sambhar at home, a pachidi is a mandate..we love it!
Ingredients
1. Tomatoes - 2 or 3
2. Green Chilli - 2 or 3
3. Hing - a pinch
4. Curd - 1/2 to 3/4 cup
5. Mustard - 1 tsp
6. Oil - 1 tsp
7. Salt - to taste
Preparation Time!!
1. Heat oil in pan. Add mustard seeds & hing
2. To this add chopped tomatoes and chillies
4. Once cooled, add curd & mix well. Add salt just before serving!
Looks very beautiful. Lovely colour.
